Jalapeno Poppers

10 Jalapenos split in half, seeded
1/4 pound of medium cheddar Cheese
8 oz. package of cream cheese
1 pound of bacon

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.  Line a large cookie sheet with foil and place a rack inside of the cookie sheet.  Divide the cheddar into 20 sticks; Cut the block of cream cheese into 20 small blocks.  Place a stick of cheddar inside of each jalapeno half, top with the small blocks of cream cheese molding the cream cheese over the cheddar and sealing the edges of the jalapeno half.  Wrap each jalapeno half in a strip of bacon.  Bake for 45 minutes or until crisp.
