I love to use White dished as they are a great blank canvas to show-case the wonderful colors of seasonal fruit and lovely Cheeses.
Cheese selection: Top Left, cranberry Wensesdale, Top right, lemon rind Stilton, Lower Right, aged English Cheddar, and bottom left is my personal favorite, Cambazola- a lovely blend of Camembert and Gorgonzola! I like to combine textures and pungency with sharpness and mildness. I served this with a lovely Maritage.
